Virginia DPOR-Approved | Hybrid Sunday Program Our 200-Hour Permanent Makeup Licensure Course is a comprehensive, hands-on training program designed to meet all Virginia DPOR requirements for permanent cosmetic tattoo licensure. This program is ideal for aspiring artists who are serious about building a successful, professional career in the permanent makeup industry with the proper education, certification, and mentorship. Led by licensed instructor and master PMU artist Kristal King, this course provides in-depth training in Microblading, Ombre Powder Brows, Combo Brows, Lip Blushing, Eyeliner Tattooing, and Lip & Liner techniques. Students will gain a strong foundation in both theory and practical application, including hands-on experience using latex and live models, while completing the required 200 training hours for Virginia state licensure. In addition to technical skills, this program includes health and safety training, CPR/First Aid guidance, product knowledge, and business development support ensuring you graduate fully prepared to launch and grow your own beauty business or studio.
