POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Appointments - Please book your appointment through our website. Our Fredericksburg location does not accept Cash unless it is for tipping.

Deposit - A $50 non refundable deposit is required to book any service with us including touch ups. Remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

Lateness - There is a 10-minute grace period. If you do not notify us within 15 minutes of your appointment that you are running late. We will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit is forfeited. These appointments are essential, and the time is allotted per service for a professional experience and outcome. We do not like to rush!

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. Your appointment can be rescheduled only. If you no show, then you will have to pay in full for your next appointment per owner discretion before booking with us. If you fail to cancel/reschedule per our policy, you forfeit your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.

Re-scheduling - One-time free reschedule is allowed per our cancellation policy. All other rescheduling will be charged a booking fee.

Guest Policy - For liability and safety purposes, we ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. We can not be responsible for children in our space as we handle needles, disinfects and other hazardous materials that are not safe for children. No guest is allowed in the procedure area/room.

Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit. No CASH (but for tipping only)
