Virginia DPOR-Approved | Sundays (Hybrid) | 18-Week Program Our 200-Hour Permanent Makeup Licensure Course is a comprehensive, hands-on training program designed to meet the Virginia DPOR requirements for permanent cosmetic tattoo licensure. This course is ideal for aspiring artists who are serious about building a professional career in PMU with proper licensing, certification, and mentorship. Led by licensed instructor and master PMU artist Kristal King, this 14-week program provides in-depth training in Microblading, Ombre Powder Brows, Combo Brows, Lip Blushing, Eyeliner Tattooing, and Brow Lamination. Students will gain full theoretical knowledge, practice on latex and live models, and complete the required 200 hours to qualify for state licensure. The course also includes CPR/First Aid certification guidance, health and safety training, business setup support, and product education to ensure you graduate fully prepared to launch your own beauty business or studio.
